Now it feels like an artifact from a time before touch was potentially lethal. Questions of luxury persist brutally pertinent in our current landscape. An iconic representation of the old NYC dream chasing hustle in a city that may never be the same. **Sending thoughts to the small family traders of this block, vulnerable from developers.**
